At this precise moment we realised that one of our dreams had come true. The truth is that it took us more than 2 years to understand what Begin was, but just in this photo we said a phrase we all agreed on: “this place has a soul”. And we still think so.

The moment we came up with the idea of how One Burger was born was as natural as it was magical… We were sitting there, thinking about what our next great idea would be… but nothing, then we thought, what if we were to set it up with the minimum, what would it be like? And it became clear, One Burger, just one, Pure American, no bullshit.

This adventure began after spending a year travelling around the world. When we came back, we wanted to offer the rest of the people the possibility of getting to know other places in the world without leaving our city. That’s how Voltereta was born. Thanks to the need to transmit to the world what we had lived, everything we had learned. To inspire and encourage people to do things in their own way.
