2. What data we process and why
Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we process the data you give us: name, company or project, email, phone, what you are interested in, how you heard about us and your message.
- Purpose: to answer your request (information, visits, bookings or quotes) and contact you about it by phone or email.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your request. If you then sign up for a service, for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods (for example, 6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records).
Email and phone
If you email or call us, we process your data to help you, with the same legal basis and retention periods as the form.
Website analytics
Only if you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, device and approximate country) and improve it.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Retention: 14 months at most.
More details in the cookie policy.
3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except when required by law. Some providers process it on our behalf (data processors), under contract and only to provide their service to us:
- EmailJS: delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google (Google Workspace): email.
- Google (Google Analytics): analytics, only if you accept it.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): website hosting.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to coworking@dreamlandoffice.com stating which right you want to exercise. If we cannot identify you, we will ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Children
The website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: for example, the website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to messages is limited to the team that handles them.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the law or the way we work changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
